Refunds apply only to payments made only by refundable payment methods (Paypal, credit cards). If you've made purchase using cryptocurrency, unfortunately we can't refund your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with our services and are still within 7 days of your original purchase date, we will refund you full amount you've paid.

If you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the dispute.
It is your responsibility to cancel payments authorized through PayPal or other payment gateway. If you decide to cancel your VIP membership and discontinue using our services, please remember to login to your account on 21VPN and cancel the authorization.
Once you submit your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
